From residential repairs to large-scale industrial contracts — we bring the same hands-on pride and quality to every single job.
Whether you need to keep water in or out of a structure — we have successfully done so. Our waterproofing division handles concrete roofs, decks, balconies, retaining walls and more using industry-proven systems.
As the name implies, torch-on products are burned on at approximately 150°C. They come in a range of problem-specific types and must be applied by trained specialists.
Best suited in covered circumstances — under tiles, brick paving, asphalt and retaining walls. Thin, tough and flexible.
The three main types are Acrylic, Bituminous and Cementitious. If applied correctly, these can be used for most domestic waterproofing problems such as parapet flashings, roof patching and penetrating damp.

Our roofing division is highly competent in both repairing and replacement of all types of roofing — whether metal, fibre cement or asbestos. Sheet roofs are no longer only dominant in industrial and commercial markets, but increasingly popular in the residential sector.
Many different types available to suit various budgets. Increasingly popular in the residential market as well as commercial and industrial sectors.
Choose from cement and clay tiles, fibre cement slate and asbestos slate. Correctly installed, tiled and slate roofs can outlive most of us with just minor repairs over time.

We have recently added Polyurea Coatings to our specialised offerings, purchasing a state-of-the-art machine and attending a 3-day International Polyurea Course at the Functional Materials Research Institute in Qingdao, China — hosted by Prof Weibo Huang, multi-year Director of the International Polyurea Development Association (IPDA).
David Prinsloo continued 'The Winning Team' reputation by walking away with the Course Prize. Polyurea is a 2-part, spray-applied coating invented in 1996 by Dudley Primeaux, and has since proven itself worldwide in highly specialised applications.
