Prize Roofing & Waterproofing was founded on a simple but powerful philosophy: be hands-on, be honest, and take pride in every single job — no matter the size.

Since 1979, Prize has successfully completed and solved well over 40 000 of Cape Town's domestic, commercial and industrial waterproofing, painting and roofing related problems. That's not just a number — each one represents a family that no longer worries about a leaking roof, a business that has a protected floor, or an industrial facility that runs without interruption.

Based in Parow East in Cape Town's Northern Suburbs, we serve homeowners, businesses and industrial facilities throughout the Cape Peninsula and surrounds. Our slogan captures everything we stand for — earned through decades of delivering real results.

David's journey into the world of specialist coatings took him all the way to Qingdao, China, where he attended an International Polyurea Course at the Functional Materials Research Institute. He walked away with the Course Prize — because that's just what the Prize team does.
